About Cannon Basketball 4

The fourth game keeps the 30-level format and the three-star challenge, with 15 levels identified as hard mode. It expands the layouts with more mechanisms, including levers, moving elements, switches, and teleportation portals.

That extra machinery changes the pace. In Cannon Basketball 3, a rebound can often be the whole answer. Here, a rebound may only be step one: activate a switch, send another ball through a portal, then use the new opening to reach the hoop.

A portal is not just a shortcut. It changes which side of the level matters. Instead of forcing a ball through a blocked corridor, you can aim for an entrance portal and let the exit create the final angle. The useful question becomes “where should the ball appear?” rather than “can I shoot through this gap?”

Moving pieces add timing on top of geometry. A shot can have the correct angle and still fail if a platform has not reached the right position. The cleanest solutions usually separate setup shots from scoring shots instead of trying to rush everything at once.

How to Play Cannon Basketball 4

Aim the cannon toward the first mechanism or route you need to use. Adjust shot power by changing how far you aim from the cannon.

Aim at the First Mechanism. Point toward the switch, lever, platform, or portal that opens the rest of the puzzle.
Set Shot Power. Aim farther from the cannon for a stronger launch and closer for a softer one.
Fire Into Blocked Paths. Hit switches, levers, platforms, or portals when the basket is blocked, then use the new opening to reach the hoop.
Collect Stars and Finish. Pick up the three stars when possible without losing the path to the hoop, then complete the level by getting a basketball into the basket.

Because attempts are unlimited, use one ball to deliberately test each new mechanism when it first appears.

Tips and Strategy

Solve the route before worrying about a perfect three-star run. Once the mechanism order is clear, stars are easier to add.

When a portal is involved, watch the ball after it exits before changing power. The exit angle tells you whether the next correction should be stronger, softer, or simply aimed differently.

Practical Tips

Use Low-Power Test Shots. Around moving objects, a small miss reveals more than an overpowered ball that skips the intended interaction.
Separate Setup From Scoring. Do not rush everything at once. Activate a switch, send another ball through a portal, then use the new opening to reach the hoop.
Watch Portal Exits. Ask where the ball should appear rather than whether you can shoot through a blocked gap.
